BEYOND EUROPE: REGIONAL PROJECTS
 
C.F.P. has established partnerships beyond the confines of Europe. In light of the twinning agreement between Como and the city of Tokamachi, fourth year students following chef and pastry chef work-study training programmes are given the opportunity to train in Japan, Tokyo and Tokamachi.
Agreements have also been made with the Hospitality School in the Wencheng region of China to enable students to train in companies in the region.
